Our Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation costs 20% of total costs if cancelled after booking. Cancellation costs 50% of total costs if cancelled 2 to max. 1 months before arrival. Cancellation costs 100% of total costs if cancelled less than 1 month before arrival. |

Will be charged as an extra adult. Menu: Full 3-course menu for lunch and dinner. |
Payments policy
A deposit of 20 % should be made shortly after your booking. We will send you details for a bank transfer and the link for a payment by credit card after confirming your reservation.
The balance payment should be made latest 1 month prior to arrival.
Five Volcanoes Boutique Hotel reserves the right to amend the quoted tariffs should there be any change in the percentage rate of VAT or other statutory levy, tax, or impost. The tariffs are quoted in US Dollars incl. VAT and are non-commissionable. Payments can be made in US Dollars or Rwandan Francs on the exchange rate ruling on the day payments are made.
